Account data (email, via our authentication provider Clerk), API usage records (which endpoints, when, how much — needed for billing and abuse prevention), and the video URLs you submit together with their machine-generated transcripts. The landing-page demo stores a hashed, non-reversible token of your IP address for daily rate limiting.
We never see or store card numbers — card payments are processed entirely by our payment providers (Whop, our merchant of record; Moyasar). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your submitted content for anything except serving your requests.

Analytics on this site is limited to Google Ads conversion measurement (demo, sign-up, and purchase events). For sign-up and purchase events we may share a SHA-256-hashed (non-reversible) form of your account email with Google to improve conversion measurement ("enhanced conversions"); Google does not receive your raw email address from us.
We retain transcripts and usage records for as long as needed to provide and bill the service. To delete your account data, email [email protected] and we will remove your account records within 30 days.
